Yoga Therapy

  • The primary purpose is to address charged situations and events which have emotional or mental and physical parts. For example, insomnia; or going through a divorce; or death of a loved one; or re-orienting after amputation or stroke; etc.

  • Tailors postures to your physical, mental and emotional needs. This includes amputees and wheelchair users.

  • Help establish a personal practice

  • Suggests options for your time and space limitations

  • Integrates breath and movement to support change and healing.

Since starting yoga with Sharon, I have noticed a massive improvement in multiple aspects of my life. My job can take a toll on my body and I have injuries from sports. Yoga has helped me learn where my aches and pains are and how to properly and gently move to relieve the pain.
