You do NOT discuss what happened (which can be upsetting and re-traumatizing).
Most issues resolve in 1-3 sessions.

For generalized anxiety, Zero Balancing or Yoga Therapy might be a better fit. For more complex situations, Yoga Therapy might be more appropriate. Mindful Yoga Therapy, a 12-week program specifically developed and researched for PTSD is also available. We’ll assess which fits best in our complimentary meeting.
