Situational trauma, single cause PTSD, and anxiety are treated using Trauma Fade™. Sometimes coaching sessions after the trauma has cleared integrates this new calm.

Trauma Fade™ changes brain chemistry in the amygdala. It layers the science of eye movement therapy, neuroplasticity and neurolinguistic programming.

  • You do NOT discuss what happened (which can be upsetting and re-traumatizing).

  • Most issues resolve in 1-3 sessions.

  • Feelings, physical sensations, visual, audio and tactile experiences are addressed.

  • Honest desire to make the change is all that’s required.

  • Offered virtually.

For generalized anxiety, Zero Balancing or Yoga Therapy might be a better fit. For more complex situations, Yoga Therapy might be more appropriate. Mindful Yoga Therapy, a 12-week program specifically developed and researched for PTSD is also available. We’ll assess which fits best in our complimentary meeting.
